The purpose of mindfulness meditation isn’t to achieve perfect control over your mind or stop thinking altogether. The intention should be to bring a more compassionate, calm and accepting approach to whatever happens.
The ritual itself is easy. Simply find a quiet place, relax by taking a few deep breaths and then sit with your eyes closed, letting your thoughts come and go while your candle burns.
This Mindfulness Ritual box with a set of 40-minute candles is great as an introduction to mindfulness meditation, or as a continuation of your journey to reduce stress, increase calmness & clarity, and promote happiness.
This Ritual set includes:
• 5 x hand-dipped Haze candles (burn time 40 minutes each)
• Solid brass candle stand, handmade in Japan
• A brief introduction to Mindfulness with a step-by-step guide to get started
• Gift box
Our Haze candles and brass candle holders are handmade in Japan by artisan candlemakers. The candles are made from haze tree wax; a botanical wax derived from the fruits of the Japanese Hazenoki tree.

November and December are the busiest months of the year for our couriers, and we want to make sure your deliveries arrive at their intended destination in time for Christmas.
Please note that when it comes to sending for Christmas, earlier is better. The table below indicates the latest possible order dates for which our couriers can guarantee (external circumstances aside) that your delivery will reach its intended destination in time for Christmas (24 December).
Pickup from our showroom and local delivery are available until the 20th of December.

We offer free shipping on orders of $99 and over. Orders below $99 are sent at a flat rate of $9.95.
Orders will be despatched on the next business day, and are usually delivered within 1-6 business days to most destinations* within Australia. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times.
Candles are heavy yet fragile; for your convenience as well as to ensure a safe transit, we use a door-to-door courier service to send your order.
Please note our couriers can't deliver to PO boxes, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect, because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.

Getting Started
Please note that due to the nature of the wax, a fine white film might accumulate on the surface of the candle. This is a naturally occurring effect that doesn’t affect the quality or burning of the candle, and can be easily wiped off.
Please use a candle stand to position the candle and catch any wax residue. Use hot water to wash off any wax from the candle stand.
Flame height
Please be aware that Japanese candles can produce a large flame thanks to the unique paper wick. Trim the wick if desired.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
