As a rule of thumb, the taller or wider a candle is, the longer it burns. However much also depends on the flame size (which is determined by the wick and the amount of wax it draws); the taller the flame, the quicker your candle will burn. Burn time is further influenced by the environment; in a draughty situation the candle will burn quicker as the flame is fanned by the wind and wax might drip unburned.
