Delivery options

We offer free shipping on orders over $149. Orders of $149 and below are sent at a flat rate of $12.50, or $5 for local orders1. All orders are despatched from our Sydney (Northern Beaches) warehouse. Orders are sent on the next business day, and are usually delivered within 1-6 business days to most destinations2 within Australia. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times.

Candles are heavy yet fragile; for your convenience as well as to ensure a safe transit, we use a door-to-door courier service to send your order.

Please note our couriers can't deliver to Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) because Australia Post restricts delivery to these locations.

Orders of $149 and below: Flat-rate shipping $12.50

At checkout, you can choose between:

  • Standard shipping: order will be sent with authority to leave - the courier will leave your order at your premises, and you do not need to be present for this.
  • Signature required: courier will only deliver if someone is present to sign; in case no one is available to receive the goods, a notification will be left with details of nearest collection point and/or re-delivery options (please see 'Redelivery' below).

You will receive a despatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has gone out.

Delivery status

To view your order status, update delivery details or arrange redelivery, please visit your order status page via these steps:

  1. In your order confirmation or shipping notification email, click 'View your order' or 'Track your order' - this will take you to your order status page
  2. On your order status page, click the tracking number - this takes you to the courier's tracking page
  3. On the courier's tracking page, select 'manage parcel' or enter your tracking number and click 'Search' or 'Go'.

Redelivery

In case of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will leave a card (please check your mailbox, concierge, front desk, reception etc.) with redelivery options. Follow the instructions on the card and/or follow the steps outlined above to book a redelivery.

Click & collect

If you prefer to pick up your order, you can do so from our showroom at 2/4 Prosperity Parade, Warriewood NSW 2102. Please show your order confirmation email at pickup.

Order cancellation

To cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been despatched.

We work hard to make high quality candles and we are dedicated to providing a clean, even burning experience. If you are unhappy with your order, please refer to our returns policy for details.
